Welcome to laundry, glamorized.
Let's talk about your laundry aisle. The one at the grocery store. The one where you stand under the fluorescent lights wondering why this — the section dedicated to the products that touch every piece of clothing your family wears, every set of sheets you sleep on, every towel you dry your face with — looks like the back of a janitor's closet.
Plastic jugs. Screaming labels. Word-art typography promising "FRESH!" in colors that are not occurring anywhere in nature. Ingredient lists that read like the periodic table had a chemistry degree and a bad attitude. The whole aesthetic of, "we are powerful because we are aggressive."
It's depressing, babe. The products you use to make your home beautiful should not be making your home uglier.
So we made the alternative.
Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets — slim, chic, plastic-jug-free, thoughtfully formulated, and available in seven gorgeous scents, including our two newest perfume-inspired flagships: Miss Bloom (peonies, jasmine, white tea, warm musk) and Coco Muse (vanilla orchid, sandalwood, warm amber). Both inspired by first-class perfumery. Both designed to make laundry feel less like a chore and more like a ritual.
One sheet per load (or half a sheet for delicates — a 40-pack stretches to up to 80 loads). Drops into the drum. Dissolves on contact with water. Cleans. Smells beautiful. Disappears.
This is the page where we explain why the laundry category needs an upgrade, what's actually inside your current detergent jug, what makes our sheets different, and why our customers tend to start with one scent and end up rotating through several.

What's actually inside your laundry detergent jug
You probably don't read your detergent label. Almost no one does. The print is small, the chemistry is dense, and the names sound like they were assembled by a Scrabble bot at three in the morning.
But it's worth knowing what's in there. Because most of it is doing things you didn't sign up for.
The conventional-detergent rogues' gallery:
Phthalates. Hidden in "fragrance" (which is itself a legal black box). Linked to hormone disruption. Most mainstream detergents have them. You don't get to know which ones.
1,4-Dioxane. A manufacturing byproduct the EPA classifies as a likely human carcinogen. Shows up in sulfate-based detergents as a contaminant. Doesn't have to be on the label.
Optical brighteners. Don't actually clean. They trick your eye into thinking your whites are whiter by reflecting UV light differently. Known skin irritants. Toxic to aquatic life when rinsed into waterways.
Phosphates. Banned in laundry detergent in most US states because of how badly they fuel algal blooms. (Spoiler: still legal in dishwasher detergent, where they continue to wreck waterways.)
Synthetic fragrance. The "fragrance" line on a label can legally hide up to 3,000+ undisclosed chemicals, including phthalates. You don't know what you're smelling. The manufacturer doesn't have to tell you.
Parabens. Used as preservatives in some detergents. Linked to endocrine disruption.
Formaldehyde donors. Preservatives that slowly release small amounts of formaldehyde. Yes, the embalming-fluid one.
Chlorine bleach. Lung-irritating, fabric-degrading, source of household chemistry ER visits.
Microencapsulated synthetic fragrance. The reason mainstream detergents promise "scent that lasts for weeks." Tiny synthetic polymer beads (plastic-based) that cling to fabric fibers and slowly release fragrance. They sit on your skin. They end up in your washing machine. They flow into your wastewater as microplastic pollution.
This is what's touching your kid's skin every time they wear pajamas. This is what's on your face every time you put on a clean pillowcase. This is what's sitting on your towels, your sheets, your underwear, your athletic wear.
A few of these on their own, in trace amounts, are probably fine. The body handles a lot. But the cumulative exposure over a lifetime of laundry — multiplied by every piece of fabric you put against your skin — adds up.
Glory Days makes laundry products that skip the chemistry-set ingredients. Not all of the chemistry — every cleaning product that actually cleans contains chemistry. But the unnecessary harsh ingredients. The ones added because they're cheap, not because they're necessary. The ones that build up in your wardrobe, your machine, and your wastewater.
You can see our full ingredient list on the Product Ingredients page. Five hero ingredients. A short, transparent list of supporting ingredients. No proprietary blends, no hiding chemistry behind "natural" marketing, no formaldehyde donors disguised as "fresh-scent technology."

Wait — aren't eco laundry sheets supposed to be the answer?
Sort of. Kind of. Mostly disappointing.
If you've tried to ditch the jug, you've probably already given the eco-sheet aisle a chance. And you've probably encountered some combination of:
The brand whose sheets don't fully dissolve in cold water — so you pull a load out of the dryer and there are visible little white squares clinging to the inside of a sock.
The brand whose sheets smell like a chemistry lab in a forest — like someone tried to mask harsh fragrance with "natural" essential-oil mist, and the result is something you don't want anywhere near your face.
The brand whose sheets technically clean, but barely — Consumer Reports famously gave one of the big eco-sheet brands a 29 out of 100 in cleaning performance. The eco was real. The cleaning was theoretical.
The brand whose packaging looks like a tax form. Beige cardboard. Clinical fonts. The aesthetic equivalent of being lectured about climate change by someone who clearly hasn't slept.
The category was begging for a different version. So we built one.
Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are designed to be the eco-luxe alternative: thoughtfully formulated, plastic-jug-free, plant-forward, low-tox, biodegradable-focused, with packaging that fits on a vanity shelf and seven scents that smell like they were designed by a perfumer instead of a chemist.
That's the pitch in one sentence. The rest of this page is the receipts.
Meet Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets
Pre-measured. Ultra-concentrated. Plant-forward. Plastic-jug-free.
Each sheet is a slim little square of cleaning power — equivalent to a measured dose of liquid detergent, minus the water, minus the heavy plastic jug, minus the unnecessary harsh ingredients that mainstream detergents pad themselves with.
You toss one sheet directly into the drum of your washer. Add your clothes on top. Run any cycle, at any water temperature. The sheet dissolves on contact with water, releasing plant-based surfactants and cleansing agents that lift dirt, body oils, and everyday grime. Five seconds of setup. The wash takes care of itself from there.
40 sheets per pack — that's 40 regular loads, or up to 80 loads if you split sheets in half for delicates and small loads (a routine many of our subscribers settle into for the value).
The packaging is slim and chic enough to sit on a vanity shelf next to your candles. The full pack weighs a fraction of what a liquid detergent jug weighs for the equivalent number of loads. That's not just a packaging benefit — it means the carbon footprint of getting our sheets to your door is dramatically lower than the equivalent liquid detergent. We don't ship water. We ship cleaning power.
The sheets are safe for sensitive skin (the formula avoids the major dermatologist-flagged laundry irritants), compatible with every washer type (HE, front-load, top-load, agitator, impeller), septic-safe and greywater-safe, and cruelty-free, vegan, and biodegradable.
They come in seven gorgeous scents. Two of them are brand new and are the reason you're probably going to switch even if you weren't shopping for laundry.
The seven scents (a perfume bar for your wardrobe)
Most laundry detergent comes in two scents. "Fresh." And "Original." Maybe "Lavender Vanilla Dream" if you're at a big-box store and the marketing department had a moment.
We treated scent like a fragrance category — because if you're going to dose your wardrobe in something every week, it should at least smell beautiful.
Seven scents. Each with its own personality, story, and aesthetic. We start with the two new ones, because they're the conversation starters.
💐 Miss Bloom (new)
Inspired by first-class perfumery. A romantic floral with a soft, creamy finish.
Top notes of peony and jasmine. A heart of white tea and a whisper of rose. A warm musk base that lingers gently. It's the scent of getting dressed up for somewhere you're excited to go.
Wear it on bedding for the dreamiest nights of your year. Wear it on summer dresses, going-out tops, and the kind of clothes you put on when you want to feel like the main character. Wear it on linen sheets so your bedroom always smells like a luxury hotel.
Best for: bedding, going-out clothes, the closet upgrade everyone's been waiting for.
🌹 Coco Muse (new)
Inspired by first-class perfumery. Sophisticated, sensual, slightly sweet.
Vanilla orchid at the top. Sandalwood at the heart. A whisper of warm amber at the base. The kind of scent that makes a sweater feel like a love letter. The fragrance equivalent of low lighting, candles on the table, and the second glass of wine.
Wear it on sweaters, on cashmere, on dramatic outerwear. Wear it on linen sheets for the most decadent bedroom experience of your life. Wear it on robes and pajamas if you're trying to feel like a woman of mystery (we recommend this).
Best for: sweaters, scarves, robes, cashmere, the slightly more dramatic chapters of your wardrobe.
🌿 Luxe Laundry (Fresh Pressed Linen)
Classic. Clean. Fresh-from-the-dryer linen with a soft, slightly powdery finish. The kind of scent that makes you stand a little taller when you put on a t-shirt.
If Miss Bloom and Coco Muse are the dramatic statements, Luxe Laundry is the perfect everyday. The one you put on your towels, your sheets, your sweatshirts, your basics. The "I love my laundry day" scent.
Best for: sheets, towels, t-shirts, daily basics, anyone who wants their whole wardrobe to smell like a five-star hotel turn-down service.
🌊 Coastal Allure (Ocean Breeze)
Salty-air, fresh-laundry-on-the-line vibes. Ozonic top notes, a soft sea salt accord, a whisper of driftwood. The clean-clothes equivalent of opening a hotel window on the first morning of vacation.
For shoppers who want their clothes to smell like they just got off a boat in the south of France. (Or, you know, ran an extra rinse cycle.)
Best for: summer wardrobes, bedding, beach towels, the vacation-state-of-mind everyday.
💜 Violet Hour (Luxurious Lavender)
Real French-style lavender essential oil with a soft, powdery finish. Not the harsh medicinal lavender that comes in a purple bottle at the drugstore — actual lavender with a creamy backbone. Cozy. Grown-up. The aromatherapy version of being told it's all going to be okay.
Best for: bedding, pajamas, baby clothes (with consent — some babies prefer fragrance-free), the calm-chapter wardrobe.
🍊 Citrus Socialite (Bright Citrus Blend)
Bergamot, blood orange, and grapefruit with a sparkly, effervescent finish. Wake-you-up bright. The clean-clothes equivalent of opening every window in the house on the first warm day of spring.
Best for: gym wear, athletic clothes, summer dresses, anyone whose morning energy could use a little assistance from their wardrobe.
🤍 Purely Perfect (Fragrance-Free)
Truly fragrance-free. No "masking" scent, no "natural fragrance" loophole. For sensitive skin, newborn loads, allergy-prone family members, or anyone who wants their clean clothes to smell like clean clothes.
Best for: babies, eczema-prone skin, cloth diapers (skip our scent boosters too), the fragrance-free purist.
Can I mix scents in one load?
Absolutely yes, darling. Miss Bloom + Luxe Laundry layered into a sheet load is genuinely one of the best fragrance combinations we've ever encountered. Coco Muse + Violet Hour creates a sophisticated cozy-evening scent that feels like a candle in fabric form. Citrus Socialite + Coastal Allure on summer linens is a vacation in a wash cycle.
The Glory Days customer-tester panel calls this "fragrance freestyle." We officially endorse it.
About our scents: bold in the pack, gentle on the wear
Now we need to have an honest conversation about scent expectations. Because this is the part of the laundry category that most brands lie about.
Open a pack of Glory Days Eco Laundry Sheets and the scent is bold, full-strength, gorgeous. Real fragrance oils. Beautifully composed. You'll smell it from across the room. Your laundry room will smell like a fragrance counter for the next six weeks.
Wash a load and pull it out of the dryer and the scent is soft, subtle, gentle. A whisper of fragrance on your fabrics. Not a perfume. Not a "smells-clean-for-six-weeks" guarantee.
This is intentional. And it's the honest version of how scent on clean clothes actually works.
Here's what most brands won't tell you: locker-strong, weeks-long, all-day scent on your clothes after washing is not natural fragrance. It's chemistry. Specifically, it's microencapsulated synthetic fragrance — tiny synthetic polymer beads (plastic-based) that cling to fabric fibers and slowly release fragrance over the course of weeks. The beads sit on your skin. They end up in your washing machine. They flow into your wastewater as microplastic pollution. They are one of the largest underreported sources of household microplastic.
The brands that promise "scent that lasts" are using them.
We chose not to.
So Glory Days clothes come out of the wash smelling beautifully but subtly of your chosen scent. As you wear them, the fragrance fades naturally over the day — the way clean laundry has always worked, before fragrance chemistry was added to extend it artificially.
It's a different relationship with scent. The pack is the perfume. The clothes are the whisper.
If you want stronger lingering scent on your fabrics — particularly with Miss Bloom and Coco Muse, which earn it — pair your Eco Sheet with our Eco In-Wash Scent Boosters. They're dosed for longer-wearing fragrance and use the same plant-forward chemistry. (Skip them with Purely Perfect for sensitive-skin loads.)
Or just open a fresh pack of any Glory Days scent when you want the full experience. The pack is going to smell amazing.

What "low-tox" actually means (and why we're careful with words)
You'll see the words "non-toxic," "chemical-free," "100% natural," and "toxin-free" all over the eco-laundry aisle. We don't use them. Here's why.
None of those terms have clean legal or industry-standard definitions. "Non-toxic" doesn't mean what most shoppers think it means. "Chemical-free" is technically impossible because water is a chemical. "100% natural" is mostly marketing language with no enforceable boundary. "Toxin-free" sounds reassuring but doesn't actually describe anything specific about the product.
So when you see those words on a label, what the brand is usually communicating is: we don't have anything more specific to claim.
Glory Days uses different language because we have more specific things to say. Our formula is:
- Low-tox — we've actively avoided the unnecessary harsh ingredients common in mainstream detergent
- Thoughtfully formulated — every ingredient was chosen for a reason we can defend
- Biodegradable-focused — our cleansing agents are designed to break down rather than persist in the environment
- Plastic-jug-free — our outer packaging is paper-based and recyclable
- Phthalate-free — none of the hormone-disrupting fragrance plasticizers
- Paraben-free — none of the endocrine-disrupting preservatives
- Formaldehyde-free — and no formaldehyde donors either (the sneaky kind)
- Phosphate-free — none of the waterway-poisoning algal-bloom fuel
- Chlorine-bleach-free — none of the lung-irritant whitening shortcut
- No microencapsulated synthetic fragrance — the microplastic source most brands use for "long-lasting scent"
Every claim we make is one we can document on our Product Ingredients page. We're not 100% natural. No detergent that actually cleans is. We are low-tox, thoughtfully formulated, biodegradable-focused, and effective without the traditional detergent overload.
Honest words for an honest product. Imagine that.
How it actually works
Drop. Wash. Done. But here's the chemistry in between.
When the sheet hits hot, warm, or cold water, it dissolves within seconds, releasing the embedded cleansing agents into the wash water. Those agents include:
Plant-Based Surfactants that lift dirt, body oils, and everyday stains from fabric fibers. They reduce the surface tension of the wash water so particles release from clothes instead of clinging to them.
Trisodium Citrate that softens hard water by binding the calcium and magnesium minerals that would otherwise interfere with the cleansing agents. This is the secret behind why our sheets work just as well in hard-water regions (where 85% of Americans live) as they do in soft-water areas.
Lauryl Glucoside, a gentle plant-derived cleanser that handles delicate fabrics and sensitive-skin loads.
Glycerin, a plant-derived softener that conditions fibers as they wash, leaving clothes more comfortable against skin.
An enzyme blend that breaks down protein-based stains (food, sweat, blood) and starch-based stains so they wash out cleanly.
The water-soluble surfactants suspend dirt and grime in the wash water. The agitation of the cycle moves clean water through your fabrics. The rinse phase flushes the dirty water — and the dissolved cleansing agents — out of the drum.
Your clothes come out clean, softly scented, and free of the unnecessary harsh chemistry that mainstream detergents leave behind on fabrics.
That's the routine. Five seconds of effort on your end. The wash takes care of itself.
Dosage:
- Regular load: 1 sheet
- Heavy or extra-large load: 2 sheets
- Small or delicates load: ½ sheet (tear or cut to size)
- Hand wash: ¼ to ½ sheet in a sink of warm water
A 40-sheet pack covers 40 regular loads, or up to 80 loads if you stretch the pack by splitting sheets for smaller wash cycles.
Glory Days vs. the liquid detergent jug
Let's put the cards on the table.
| Feature | Glory Days Eco Sheets | Liquid Detergent |
|---|---|---|
| Plastic packaging | Plastic-jug-free, recyclable outer packaging | 1+ heavy plastic jug per purchase |
| Pre-measured dose | Yes (1 sheet = 1 load; ½ sheet = small load) | No (measure each, every load) |
| Water in formula | 0% (concentrated) | 60–90% water by weight |
| Loads per pack | 40 regular loads, up to 80 if split | Varies; less flexible |
| Shipping weight per equivalent loads | A fraction of liquid weight | Heavy |
| Storage footprint | Slim pack on a vanity shelf | Heavy jug under the sink |
| Phthalate-free | Yes | Varies (often no) |
| Paraben-free | Yes | Varies |
| Phosphate-free | Yes | Varies |
| Formaldehyde-free | Yes | Many contain formaldehyde donors |
| Chlorine-bleach-free | Yes | Varies |
| Microencapsulated synthetic fragrance | No | Most mainstream brands use it |
| Plant-based cleansers | Yes | Varies |
| Septic-safe | Yes | Varies |
| Vegan / cruelty-free | Yes | Varies (usually not) |
| Cost per load (subscription, full sheet) | ~$0.38 | $0.15–$0.40 |
| Cost per load (subscription, split for delicates) | ~$0.19 | n/a (no half-doses) |
| Sensitive-skin friendly | Yes | Varies (most contain irritants) |
| Beautiful enough to leave on the shelf | Yes | Generally no |
We're not the cheapest detergent on the shelf. We're the one that doesn't ship water across the country in a plastic jug, doesn't hide hormone-disrupting fragrance plasticizers in the formula, doesn't shed microplastic-fragrance beads into your wastewater, and doesn't make your laundry room look like a chemistry-set crime scene.
For the customer who values that distinction, we're a great deal. For the customer who just wants the cheapest possible cleaning product, we're not the right fit — and we're okay with that.
When to choose the Eco Sheets vs. the 3-In-1
We make two laundry sheet products. People often ask us which one to start with. Honest comparison:
| Feature | Eco Laundry Sheets | 3-In-1 Sheets |
|---|---|---|
| Detergent | Yes | Yes |
| Fabric softener built-in | No (pair with Fabric Softener Sheets if you want softness) | Yes |
| Color catcher built-in | No | Yes (bamboo fiber physically traps loose dye) |
| Substrate | Water-soluble (dissolves in seconds) | Bamboo fiber (stays intact, biodegradable, no PVA) |
| Visible proof of work | No (sheet dissolves) | Yes (sheet emerges with captured dye/lint) |
| Scent variety | 7 scents (incl. perfume-inspired Miss Bloom + Coco Muse) | 4 scents |
| Pack size | 40 sheets per pack (up to 80 loads when split) | 30 or 60 sheets |
| Best for | Scent-forward shoppers, fragrance freestylers, daily basics, sheet/towel/bedding loads | One-sheet-replaces-everything shoppers, pet owners, sports households, PVA-conscious buyers |
| Price point | From $17.99 | From $17.99 |
Choose the Eco Sheets if: scent is the main reason you're upgrading your laundry routine. You're drawn to Miss Bloom and Coco Muse. You already have a softener or color-catcher routine you like. You want a simpler, more straightforward laundry sheet.
Choose the 3-In-1 if: you want one sheet that handles detergent + softener + color catcher. You're PVA-conscious (the 3-In-1 uses a bamboo-fiber substrate instead of a water-soluble PVA binder). You have pets (the bamboo fiber physically traps pet hair). You want the visual proof of a color catcher actually working.
Buy both if: you're like most of our subscribers. The 3-In-1 for daily loads. The Eco Sheets when you want to layer a perfume-inspired scent on bedding, going-out clothes, or special-occasion fabrics.
A quick note on PVA, since some shoppers ask: the Eco Laundry Sheets use a small amount of polyvinyl alcohol as the water-soluble binder that releases the cleansing agents during the wash. Our PVA has been third-party tested for biodegradability in wastewater conditions and is selected specifically to break down rather than persist as microplastic pollution. If avoiding PVA entirely is a priority for you, the 3-In-1 sheets are the upgrade path — same Glory Days clean, bamboo-fiber substrate, no PVA.
For sensitive skin, families, and "wait, is this okay for my kid"
Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are formulated with family-friendly, low-tox chemistry — designed to be effective without the irritant-heavy ingredients common in mainstream detergent.
Sensitive skin & eczema. Free of phthalates, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, and chlorine bleach — the major irritants dermatologists routinely flag in laundry products. For severe sensitivities, choose Purely Perfect (fragrance-free).
Babies and newborns. Yes, you can wash baby clothes with Glory Days. Purely Perfect is the safest pick for newborn and 0–3 month loads. No fragrance, no dyes, no enzymes that can irritate freshly-arrived skin. (As babies grow into more robust skin, you can introduce the scented options — many of our parent customers move their toddlers to Violet Hour because lavender is calming for bedtime laundry.)
Cloth diapers. Purely Perfect, no scent boosters, and always follow your cloth diaper manufacturer's wash routine. The natural softening agents can affect absorbency on diaper inserts.
Pets. None of our cleansing ingredients are flagged as toxic to dogs or cats by the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center. Safe for pet bedding, blankets, and toy laundry. (If you have pets and want a sheet that also physically removes pet hair from the wash, our 3-In-1 sheets use bamboo fiber that traps loose hair as a built-in feature.)
Allergies. Our formulas are typically well-tolerated, but every body is different. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, email us first with the ingredient you're avoiding and we'll confirm whether the product is right for you before you order. A real human (a glamorous one) answers every email.
The planet. Biodegradable cleansing agents. Plastic-jug-free, recyclable outer packaging. Ultra-concentrated formula means dramatically less shipping weight per equivalent load than a liquid detergent jug (which is 60–90% water by weight). The carbon footprint of getting our sheets to your door is a fraction of the equivalent liquid detergent.
Build your complete eco-luxe laundry routine
The Eco Laundry Sheets are the core. To round out the full Glory Days routine:
Eco In-Wash Scent Boosters
For longer-lasting scent on freshly washed clothes. Match your favorite Eco Sheet scent for layered fragrance — particularly elegant with Miss Bloom or Coco Muse. Toss a scoop in with your sheet for sheets, towels, sweaters, and outerwear that smell like a fragrance counter for days after washing. (Skip with Purely Perfect for fragrance-free loads.)
Eco Fabric Softener Sheets
Since the Eco Sheets are straight detergent (no built-in softener), stack a Fabric Softener Sheet on top for towel loads, sheet loads, and anywhere you want extra softness. The plant-based softening agent conditions fibers without coating them, so towels stay absorbent and athletic gear keeps wicking.
3-In-1 Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets
Our upgrade product. Bamboo-fiber substrate (doesn't dissolve, no PVA). Built-in fabric softener. Built-in color catcher. Great for households that want a single sheet to handle everything — and especially for pet owners, sports households, and families who do high-volume laundry. Many Glory Days customers subscribe to both: the 3-In-1 for daily wash, the Eco Sheets for scent-layering on special-occasion loads.
Washing Machine Cleaning Tablets
Even the best detergent can't fight a buildup-clogged washer drum. Run one of our cleaning tablets through an empty hot cycle once a month to descale, degrease, and de-funk the machine itself. A clean washer makes every load of laundry clean better. The single highest-ROI maintenance habit in your laundry routine.
Eco Dishwasher Detergent Sheets (bonus: cross-category)
While we're at it — the dishwasher in your kitchen is using the same plastic-pod-based detergent system the laundry industry is moving away from. Our dishwasher sheet is the kitchen counterpart: bamboo-fiber, plant-based, plastic-pod-free. Clean dishes, no pod residue.

The Subscribe & Save story (or: how laundry stops being a thing you think about)
We get this question a lot: "Why does Subscribe & Save take 15% off when most subscriptions only save 5–10%?"
Because subscriptions are objectively better for the customer when the product works. We're confident enough in the product to discount the subscription accordingly.
The math on the Eco Laundry Sheets:
- One-time purchase, 40-sheet pack: $17.99 = ~$0.45 per regular load (or ~$0.22 per load if you split for delicates and stretch to 80 loads)
- Subscribe & Save 15%: $15.29 = ~$0.38 per regular load (or ~$0.19 per load when split for delicates)
For most one-or-two-adult households, a 40-sheet pack is roughly a month of laundry at the standard cadence — and significantly longer if you mix in delicates and small loads. Pick the frequency that matches your wash volume.

Mega-FAQ — every question we've been asked about the Eco Sheets
About the product
What exactly is a Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheet?
A pre-measured, ultra-concentrated laundry detergent sheet made with plant-based surfactants, skin-conscious cleansing agents, and a water-soluble binder. Each sheet is dosed for one regular load. Dissolves on contact with water. Plastic-jug-free packaging.
How is this different from the 3-In-1 sheets?
The Eco Laundry Sheets are straight detergent — no built-in fabric softener or color catcher — and they dissolve in the wash. The 3-In-1 sheets combine detergent, fabric softener, and color catcher in one bamboo-fiber sheet that doesn't dissolve. Pick the Eco Sheets if scent is your priority. Pick the 3-In-1 if all-in-one functionality (or avoiding PVA) is your priority.
How many loads does a pack do?
A 40-sheet pack covers 40 regular loads, or up to 80 loads if you routinely split sheets in half for small loads and delicates. Many of our subscribers settle into the split routine for the value.
Do they contain PVA?
Yes — a small amount of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is used as the water-soluble binder that holds the sheet together and releases the cleansing agents during the wash. Our PVA has been third-party tested for biodegradability in wastewater conditions and is selected specifically to break down rather than persist as microplastic pollution. If avoiding PVA entirely is a priority for you, our 3-In-1 sheets use a bamboo-fiber substrate instead.
Do they actually clean as well as liquid detergent?
Yes. Glory Days Eco Sheets contain the same active surfactants and enzymes as quality liquid detergents — just in a pre-measured, ultra-concentrated, plastic-jug-free format. For typical residential laundry, they clean as effectively as quality liquid detergents.
How many sheets do I use per load?
One sheet for a regular load. Two for heavy or extra-large loads. Half a sheet for small loads or delicates. Sheets can be torn or cut to size — no waste.
About the scents
What are the seven scents?
Miss Bloom (new — perfume-inspired floral), Coco Muse (new — perfume-inspired warm/sensual), Luxe Laundry (fresh pressed linen), Coastal Allure (ocean breeze), Violet Hour (luxurious lavender), Citrus Socialite (bright citrus blend), and Purely Perfect (truly fragrance-free).
Tell me more about Miss Bloom.
Inspired by first-class perfumery. A romantic floral with peonies and jasmine, a heart of white tea, and a warm musk base. Best for bedding, going-out clothes, and anyone whose closet wishes it smelled more like a fragrance counter.
Tell me more about Coco Muse.
Inspired by first-class perfumery. Vanilla orchid, sandalwood, and warm amber — sophisticated, sensual, slightly sweet. Best for sweaters, cashmere, and dramatic outerwear.
Will the scent stay on my clothes after drying?
Softly, yes — not a perfume. Here's the honest reason most brands won't explain: weeks-long, locker-strength scent on clothes after washing requires microencapsulated synthetic fragrance — tiny synthetic polymer beads (a microplastic source) that cling to fabric fibers and slowly release fragrance over weeks. They sit on your skin, end up in your washing machine, and ultimately enter your wastewater. We chose not to use them. Glory Days clothes come out softly, beautifully, naturally scented — and the fragrance fades as you wear the clothes. If you want stronger lingering scent, pair with our Eco In-Wash Scent Boosters.
Why does the pack smell so strong but the clothes only smell faintly?
This is intentional. Our fragrance is real essential-oil-based and food-grade aroma compounds, beautifully concentrated in the pack. When the sheet hits the wash water, most of the fragrance is rinsed away during the rinse cycle, leaving a soft, gentle whisper on the clothes. Brands that promise lockerroom-strength scent after washing are using microencapsulated synthetic fragrance beads (microplastics). We aren't.
Can I mix scents in one load?
Absolutely yes. Miss Bloom + Luxe Laundry layers beautifully. Coco Muse + Violet Hour creates an unexpectedly elegant cozy-evening blend. Citrus Socialite + Coastal Allure on summer linens is genuinely a vacation in a wash cycle. Fragrance freestyle is encouraged.
Can I change scents on my subscription?
Yes, from your account. As often as you want. Alternate Miss Bloom and Coco Muse, rotate through all seven scents over the year, or pick a different one for each season. Whatever your nose wants.
Compatibility and safety
Are they safe for HE (high-efficiency) washers?
Yes. Fully HE-compatible. Place one sheet directly into the drum.
Do they work in front-load and top-load washers?
Yes — both.
Do they dissolve in cold water?
Yes. The sheet is formulated for full dissolution in cold, warm, or hot water, including quick-wash cycles.
Are they septic-safe and greywater-safe?
Yes. The cleansing agents and dissolving binder are biodegradable and septic-safe.
Are they safe for babies and newborns?
Yes. Purely Perfect (fragrance-free) is the safest choice for newborn and baby loads.
Are they safe for pets?
Yes. None of our cleansing ingredients are flagged as toxic to dogs or cats by the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center.
Can I use them with sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes. The formula is low-tox and avoids the major dermatologist-flagged laundry irritants. For severe sensitivities, choose Purely Perfect.
Hard water?
Yes. The trisodium citrate in the formula softens hard water so the cleansers can work effectively.

Ingredients and sustainability
What's in the sheets?
Plant-Based Surfactants, Glycerin, Trisodium Citrate, Lauryl Glucoside, Purified Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (plant-derived), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (biodegradable surfactant), an enzyme blend, fragrance oils (where applicable), and a water-soluble binder. Full ingredient list on our Product Ingredients page.
What's NOT in them?
Phthalates, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde donors, chlorine bleach, optical brighteners, 1,4-dioxane, synthetic dyes, animal-derived ingredients, and microencapsulated synthetic fragrance.
Are they biodegradable?
Yes. The cleansing agents and binder are both designed to break down in wastewater conditions.
Is the packaging plastic-free?
Yes. Our outer packaging is plastic-jug-free, paper-based, and recyclable.
Are you vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes to both. No animal testing — not by us, not by anyone in our supply chain.
Where are they made?
We work with a vetted U.S. manufacturing partner. Email us for sourcing details.
Are these "all-natural" or "non-toxic"?
We're careful with those terms because they don't have clean legal definitions. What we are: low-tox · thoughtfully formulated · biodegradable-focused · plastic-jug-free · phthalate-free · paraben-free · formaldehyde-free · phosphate-free · chlorine-bleach-free · no microencapsulated synthetic fragrance. Every claim we make is documentable on the Product Ingredients page.
Why we built Glory Days
We didn't make Glory Days because the world needed another laundry detergent. There were already plenty. The world needed a different one.
The existing detergent category was — and mostly still is — built around assumptions we disagreed with:
That household products should be harsh chemistry by default. Phthalate-laden, fragrance-saturated, plastic-jugged, vaguely toxic to skin and aquatic life. The assumption being that "strong" requires "harsh."
That detergent should look industrial. Bright plastic jugs with screaming labels in colors that don't exist in nature. The aesthetic equivalent of being yelled at by a janitor.
That scent should be a chemistry problem to solve, not a fragrance to enjoy. Microencapsulated synthetic perfume engineered to cling to fabric for six weeks. Phthalate-laced fragrance that legally hides 3,000 chemicals behind one word.
That sustainability and effectiveness are a tradeoff. That plant-based means weak cleaning. That plastic-free means higher cost. That eco-conscious is a niche.
We disagreed with all of it.
So we built a small, intentional lineup of laundry and home products that proves you can have:
- Plant-forward formulas that actually clean — not a tradeoff, an improvement
- Beautiful design — packaging that you actually want sitting on the shelf, not under it
- Real fragrance, not chemistry-set fragrance — essential-oil-based and food-grade aroma compounds, not microencapsulated synthetic perfume
- Transparent, defensible ingredient claims — no proprietary blends, no "natural" marketing hiding chemistry
- Sustainability and luxury, simultaneously — eco-luxe as a positioning, not eco-clinical or eco-corporate
The Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are one product in a small, focused lineup. They pair naturally with our 3-In-1 sheets, our scent boosters, our fabric softener sheets, our washing machine cleaning tablets, and our dishwasher detergent sheets. The whole line is designed to be the eco-luxe alternative to whatever you currently have under your sink.
We're a small brand. We don't have a multinational detergent corporation's marketing budget. We don't have grocery store shelf space. We don't have a billboard at the airport.
What we have is products that do something other products in the category don't do — and an aesthetic that treats cleaning like it deserves to be part of a beautifully-designed life.
That's the bet, darling. So far, our customers seem to agree.

Ready to switch?
Here's where most landing pages would do a hard close. We're not going to do that.
Instead, two honest questions.
One: When was the last time your laundry routine made you feel anything other than mild dread? Most people answer "never." Most people have never thought about laundry as something that could actually be pleasant. Most laundry shelves look like an apology.
Two: What would it be worth to fix that — for less than $20 a pack, with seven gorgeous scents to choose from, a 30-day no-questions guarantee, and a subscription you can cancel from your phone in 30 seconds?
This is the lowest-effort upgrade to your home you can possibly make. Pick a scent. Try one pack of 40 sheets (up to 80 loads if you split for delicates). If you love it, your laundry shelf and your daily ritual have officially leveled up. If you don't, email us and we'll refund you or send you a different scent. No drama either way.
Pick your scent and let's go.
→ Miss Bloom (NEW — peonies, jasmine, white tea, warm musk)

One last thing.
Cleaning shouldn't feel like a chore done by a hazmat team. It shouldn't smell like a chemistry lab. It shouldn't add another ugly plastic jug to the landfill every six weeks. And the products you use to keep your home beautiful definitely shouldn't be uglier than the home itself.
Glory Days exists because cleaning, done right, can actually be a small daily ritual of care — for you, your family, and the planet. One gorgeous, scented, plastic-jug-free pack at a time. 40 sheets. Up to 80 loads. Seven scents to choose from.
If you have any questions before you order, email us at support@glorydaysrevolution.com. A real human (a glamorous one) reads every message, usually within 4 hours on weekdays.
If you're ready, your scent is waiting.
Clean never looked so good. ✨
